Le Page de Vignelaure Rosé 2019 ORGANIC

Blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (60%) and Merlot (40%) so a blend 100% from Bordeaux area, original for Provence. Intense nose on raspberry and cherry. In the mouth, structure with mature red fruits. Long final on peach.

Ageing potential: between 2 and 5 years.

Food pairing: anchoïade, tapenade, suishis, italian melon, strawberry salad.

 Juice extract thanks to direct press.

Vineyard area: 51 hectares among which 3 hectares selected for the blend of Page of Vignelaure Rosé.

Soil type: Limestone and clay mixed with gravel.

Yield: Average yield for the parcels selected for the production of Page Rosé: 32 Hl/Ha.

Vinification: 100% of direct press for 48 hours. Immediate cooling (to 10° C) of the juice. Aging of three months on fines lees, with bâtonnage before bottling.
