The nose offers very fruity notes (strawberry, blackcurrent, blackberry, raspberry) combine with leather earthy flavors and hint of spicies. Complexity on the palate, tannins are still present. Long-lasting finish on mature fruits and liquorice.

Generous on the palate with soft tannins, pretty fleshy, compote fruits flavors, black olives, liquorice and leather.

Sauvignon Blanc Sémillon Rolle

Blend of Vermentino (70%) Sémillon (20%) and Sauvignon Blanc (10%). Yellow colour with gold reflects. Fruity nose (grapefruit, white peach) and floral (white flowers). Very fresh and fruity on the palate, balanced with minerality. This wine will perfectly pair with fish, seafood, but can also be drunk as an aperitif.

Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot

Blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (80%) and Merlot (20%), it is the most recent cuvée for sale. Partial aging in oak barrels for 10 to 12 months is bringing subtle oaky flavors, a mature and interesting fruit on the nose and on the palate. Concentrated wine with a great complexity, blackcurrant and garrigue flavors.

Obtained from distillation of grape marc from Cabernet Sauvignon. Distilled near Chateauneuf-du-Pape. From the vintage 2011, the Marc has aged in 228L Burgundy oak barrels.
